3. Travel Planning Services

Mouse Residence provides complimentary travel planning services, which may include:

• Itinerary management

• Dining and experience recommendations

• General travel guidance

We are compensated by travel suppliers through commission upon completed travel.

4. Booking Terms

When you authorize us to book travel on your behalf:

• You agree that all information provided is accurate.

• You agree to review confirmations for accuracy.

• You are responsible for final payment deadlines.

• You agree to the terms and conditions of each travel supplier.

Supplier terms may include:

• Cancellation policies

Failure to comply with supplier terms may result in penalties.

5. Payments & Pricing

All pricing is determined by the travel supplier at the time of booking.

Mouse Residence does not:

• Set supplier pricing

• Guarantee price availability

• Control promotional eligibility

Prices may change until a deposit or payment is made.

We are not responsible for pricing errors published by suppliers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are governed entirely by the travel supplier.

10. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Illness

• Delays

• Political instability

• Natural disasters

By booking travel, you voluntarily assume these risks.

11. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against:

• Trip cancellation

• Travel delays

• Baggage loss

Declining insurance is done at your own risk.
